Histology

Dahl-Chase Diagnostic Services Histology department is staffed by histology technicians with over 150 years of combined histology experience. We process approximately 60,000 surgical specimens per year and produce over 200,000 H&E slides. As a full-service laboratory, we process pathology specimens from start to finish throughout our laboratory. Alternatively, we can process specimens and return the slides to the ordering facility for their own pathologist to review. We are always happy to help other laboratories when their pathologists or histotechnologists are away or on vacation.
